Since I'm in here and removed the secondary throttle plates I went ahead and opened up the area around them.

And I smoothed the area behind the butterflies a bit too.

The secondary injector bore is too big for 14mm injector o-rings. Most people just drop them in there and go, but I didn't like

So we machined some spacers out of aluminum that are sized to fit an injector. **Ask me about getting a set.. we made a fe

First attempt at a fuel rail. The end mill we used for the hole was a tad large and the o-rings didn't compress enough to seal.

Primary rail fitted with -6 fittings.

Hard to see but I think this was the noise I heard coming from my water pump.. the impeller looks like it scored the pump housin

The banjo fitting was cut from the stock oil feed line and tapped for a -3 to -3 fitting. I used a countersink bit to make room

With a bit of loc-tite here is my new fitting.
